Planning your visit
Travel can stand alone. Business starts with products, companies and meeting objectives. To combine them, establish the key appointments before allocating time for travel.

Your group’s interests and needs shape both the route and the pace of each day.
The confirmed plan identifies activities, booking status, providers and costs.
List the products, processes and companies you want to see, then check factory access, company meetings and Yiwu market routes.
Receive a visit list, meeting notes and sample follow-up actions. Relevant specialists handle supplier due diligence and quality inspections.
How it comes together
Share an approximate month, group size and goals to establish travel, business or a combination.
Add interests or target companies, then check hosts, bookings and transfer times.
Review the itinerary and quotation, then confirm providers, costs and cancellation terms in writing.
Companies and factories must agree to host a visit. Visits do not guarantee supplier quality or sales; open options remain unconfirmed.
Check provider qualifications and responsibilities for travel, transport, accommodation and guides per project. Confirm costs and cancellation terms in writing.
Purchasing, due diligence, testing, contracts, payments and customs remain with the client and relevant specialists. Check official entry and visa rules for the travel dates.
Before your China trip
Plan the pace and the group’s needs, prepare factory and Yiwu visits, and organise samples and meeting follow-up. Start with what matters for your trip.
Share your dates, bookings or existing materials. We can work through the remaining arrangements together.
The proposal sets out daily priorities, travel between cities, providers and booking status. The quotation itemises the transport, accommodation, guides, interpreting and business coordination you choose, with inclusions, exclusions, currency, taxes, payment stages and change or cancellation terms. Flights, admission tickets and third-party costs are explicitly included or listed separately.
Start with your priorities and essential cities, then account for arrivals, travel, hotel changes and breaks. Confirmed company or factory appointments anchor any sightseeing nearby. If a stop leaves too little time or adds a long detour, we will suggest alternatives.
Share each person’s interests, comfortable walking distances, dietary and mobility needs so we can separate shared activities from optional ones. Business visits and accompanying travellers’ plans can follow different schedules, with agreed meeting points, transport and contacts. Additional guides or vehicles are priced separately.
Share product photos or specifications, target categories, purchasing stage, discussion points, group size and available dates, plus any companies or contacts you have in mind. We prepare a visit list, check company availability and relevant Yiwu market areas and traders, then confirm meeting languages and the route.
Keep a record for each trader and product linking photos, model numbers or specifications, contacts, quotation terms and open questions. Track sample quantities, costs, delivery addresses and follow-up contacts separately. Any shipping or storage needs agreed packing, receipt and cost arrangements; you decide on purchases and payments.
Share product materials, terminology, participants, questions and any points that need approval before a commitment. Agree languages, hours and coverage for meetings, factories or markets, then assign responsibility for notes, samples and quotations so the follow-up can be handed over clearly.
