Planning your visit
Transfers, attraction bookings and company availability shape the itinerary. Choose your priorities before planning each day.

Travel can stand alone or follow confirmed business meetings and trade fairs.
Before departure, review the daily plan, booking status, providers and cost breakdown, adjusting the trip to your group’s interests and pace.
Industry and objectives guide company, factory and product meetings. Cultural visits can fit around confirmed appointments.
Receive appointment status, meeting agendas and interpreter materials. Access requires host approval and does not guarantee product quality or sales.
How it comes together
Share a month, group size and travel theme or business objective to establish the priorities.
Add preferences or target companies, then check attraction bookings, hosts and travel between cities.
Review the itinerary and quotation, then confirm providers, bookings, changes and cancellation terms in writing.
Companies and factories require appointments and confirm the visit scope. Access, supplier quality and sales are not guaranteed.
Check travel, transport, accommodation, guide and insurance qualifications and responsibilities per project. Confirm the itinerary, quotation and cancellation terms in writing.
Due diligence, contracts, testing, tax, payments and customs remain with the client and relevant specialists. Check official visa rules for the travel dates.
Before your Italy trip
From city stops and group needs to company visits, quotation details and booking confirmations, clarify the practical details of your Italy trip.
Share your dates, bookings or existing materials. We can work through the remaining arrangements together.
Choose your priority cities and interests, then compare places to stay and travel connections. Allow for attraction bookings, luggage, hotel changes and breaks in each day’s plan. Existing business appointments set the fixed points around which sightseeing can fit.
Separate shared activities, business appointments and accompanying travellers’ interests, including walking, dietary and mobility needs. When the group splits, check bookings, guides and transport for each programme and agree meeting times and contacts. The proposal lists any additional services and costs.
Share your industry, products or materials, target companies, objectives, the roles you want to meet and available dates, with a company introduction and agenda. We check host interest, visit scope, languages and confidentiality before arranging times and transport. Meetings are confirmed once the host accepts.
Build the schedule around each meeting’s location, arrival time, expected duration and contact, allowing for travel and overruns. Sightseeing fits into the time genuinely available. If meeting times change, we check affected transport, tickets and accommodation before agreeing changes and costs.
The quotation itemises your selected transport, accommodation, guides, interpreting and appointment coordination, with dates, quantities and scope. It specifies whether flights, tickets, meals, personal expenses and third-party services are included, alongside currency, taxes, payment and change or cancellation terms, so you can compare equivalent proposals.
Check the daily itinerary, addresses, booking confirmations, transport and accommodation details, providers and local contacts. Company visits also need agendas and interpreter materials. Open items are marked separately with a follow-up contact, including who to reach if plans change.
