Planning your fair visit

Choose the right phase for your products

Back to the fair list

Prepare your meetings

Identify the phase covering your categories, then prioritise exhibitors and purchasing questions.

Which phase covers your products, and have changeover days been excluded?
Which specifications, packing, quantities and delivery terms should quotations cover?

Planning your time in Guangzhou

Plan your Guangzhou stay around the selected phase. Changeover gaps between phases are not continuous opening days.

Follow up after the fair

Organise supplier records by product and specification, with quotations, samples and the next contact clearly noted.
