01 Day 1
Chengdu
Arrive and ease into Chengdu
Check in and choose a simple dinner near the hotel. If you still have energy, take a short neighbourhood walk, leaving hotpot and late-night activities for another evening after settling in.
02 Day 2
Chengdu
A morning at the panda base
Visit the panda base using the official reservation and follow a selected route with breaks. Which animals you see depends on the day; return for afternoon rest instead of chasing a second distant park.
03 Day 3
Chengdu
People’s Park at a teahouse pace
Focus on People’s Park, combining a short stroll with a seated teahouse break. Later, choose one neighbourhood or a Sichuan meal, explaining your preferred spice level and any dietary needs when ordering.
04 Day 4
Leshan
Leshan’s Buddha and riverside
Make the round trip to Leshan and choose a suitable land visit or river view. Stairs and boat operation depend on conditions; pause for lunch before returning, without adding Mount Emei.
05 Day 5
Chengdu
Leave room for a quiet final morning
Keep the final morning for breakfast, packing and an optional nearby walk. Confirm the full name of your airport or station and finish at an easy pace rather than squeezing in a distant attraction.
